- 1. Completed residency application and nonrefundable application fee.
- 2. Proof of identity.
- 3. Combined gross income of at least 3 times monthly rent.
- 4. Proof of income and/or other proof of ability to pay rent. Self employed applicants may be required to produce 2 years of tax returns and/or 1099s.
- 5. Satisfactory credit history.
- 6. No prior evictions.
- 7. Association approval may be necessary.
Any request for exceptions to the above criteria should be submitted in writing for review with the Property Owner. If approval is given, additional security, cosigners and/or advance rent may be required. Here
