Jim Podracky was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He moved to Florida in the mid-90’s and has lived in the Central Florida area for over 25 years. Jim currently resides in Winter Garden with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys all that Central Florida has to offer – including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld theme parks.
After high school, Jim decided to join the United States Marine Corps. During his service in the military, he learned the incredible importance of discipline and commitment. He now brings both of these skills, along with over 25 years of sales and customer experience, to his real estate clients. As a realtor, Jim made the decision to join Team Icon because it feels more like a family than a real estate company. He is truly passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience from the very beginning of the process to well after the completion of a sale or purchase.
As Jim often says: “Without my clients there isn’t a real estate business. My client’s satisfaction is everything to me.”
